New Substance Abuse Program takes off in Ghana
AID for AIDS Africa is supporting 12 step substance abuse programs in Ghana and the reception so far has been very promising. AFAA is also seeking partners to help start treatment programs for addiction as no real programs exist in Ghana and all of West Africa. Treatment of substance abuse can be very profitable but can also help reduce the new HIV infections related to addictive behavior
